DR. EVE CHAN, OPTOMETRIST

Dr. Chan operates a private practice in San Francisco and Daly City since 1989. She received her O.D. degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and holds a B.S. in visual Sciences. Dr. Chan is a current member of both the American Optometrist Association and California Optometrist Association.
